Kids Health & Fitness

The Heart Foundation of Australia recommends that physical activity should be a lifelong habit, introduced in childhood, and that regular amounts of physical activity will achieve significant health benefits for all Australians.

Our kids health and fitness sessions, are conducted in a fun and positive environment and aim to encourage children to participate in, and enjoy, fitness.  Our sessions, which combine games and fitness activities, are structured to promote cardiovascular fitness, coordination, postural strength, flexibility and balance.  In addition to these physical health benefits however, our sessions aim to promote such social benefits as communication skills and self-confidence.

Our sessions can be delivered privately, to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered clients or to school/community groups.
