Personal Training

At Feel Happy Fitness we love seeing our clients enjoying fitness and reaping the many benefits that personal training provides.  As a personal training client, you will receive one-on-one fitness training and instruction on correct exercise technique, together with ongoing education and motivation to help you develop and sustain a lifestyle that promotes health, fitness and happiness.

If you are new to exercise, Feel Happy Fitness will introduce you to the basic concepts of fitness and prepare an individualised training program for you that takes into consideration your goals, fitness level and experience.  We’ll also provide you with the requisite guidance and feedback along the way to ensure you are training safely and effectively.

If you’ve trained before but have lost some motivation for fitness, we’ll help you find it again by prescribing an array of enjoyable fitness programs and by providing you with plenty of encouragement and enthusiasm.  We’ll also challenge you to reach new heights with your training and provide you with an element of structure to ensure you remain motivated to train consistently.
